Received excellent service from tile Giant. Tiles quality are very good. Initially they took longer to process the transaction but later they posted quick enough. Received the delivery day after the call.
Good customer service.
30% discount price offer was great. Knockdown price 1K for us.
I will strongly recommend tile giant.

Most unhelpful customer service
Most unhelpful customer service, from people who don’t seem to care. No one replies or acknowledges any emails and when promises are made for a reply you get nothing! After two completely incorrect deliveries from ordering online and having to re-organise everything so they can collect I am now waiting for refund. It won’t take much for the next tile company I order from to beat the awful service received from tile giant. Would never use again!

1* because I've got to add at least 1 to write anything. I ordered a click and collect order for tiles that showed as in stock. After a week of no contact other than an order confirmation, the website showed the order as "processing". Customer Service and the store both agreed that the tiles had actually had to be "ordered in", but would be in store for collection the following week.
The following week, no change and no further contact - It's now the following Thursday and still nothing - not only than midway through a conversation with Customer Services the system boots me as it was past 17:00 and they're only open until 17:00 - not to worry that it was mid-way through a call and the agent was attempting to identify why there were still issues - at least that's what they claimed they were going to do, who knows - more likely they went to enjoy the sun.
Unless you've no choice, don't even bother trying to order anything from this company - they have no idea what "In Stock" means or "Customer Service"

Poor service throughout my experience.
Ordered on the 28th June spent over £1100 told 3working days for delivery.
no order Confirmation email received luckily I screen shot the reference number.
Called numerous times and still had no confirmation email, no delivery date nothing. After numerous promises continually let down. was promised they’d be here by the 8th between 1-5pm it’s now half 5 and conveniently the office shuts at 5pm so I’ve wasted my whole day waiting for tiles not turn up. Avoid this company at all costs it’s crap! …. Update tiles arrived after 6pm damaged

Absolutely fantastic service from the Derby store today, the staff went above and beyond to find me one square metre of discontinued tiles. They restored my faith in humanity. The only place in Derby with truly helpful staff, can not praise them enough.

5* service, tiles and experience.
Excellent store, beautiful range of good quality tiling and knowledgeable staff. Came back & forth a few times to chose the right tiles for our kitchen/dinner. Purchased laminate for our bedrooms too. Sean was great and so helpful every time. Nothing too much trouble. Have now returned for our hallway tiles too and will be going back to tile giant when we are ready to change our bathroom. Sean also recommend a tiler for our Herringbone layout who also did a fantastic job.

they can't even do their one job and provide tiles. everything out of stock so have to wait atleast 3 weeks for anything you order and then when you cancel your order, which I've literally had to contact this company 3 times about and phoned this morning to chase up again only to find out the refund STILL HASN'T been processed even though guy on the phone said it had been last time. Fingers crossed the refund gets processed today, nearly 3 weeks waiting for my money back for an order I cancelled straight away. I really should have read reviews first because they are clearly a joke of a company.

Horrible horrible customer service from Chester branch manager Ollie tried to return one box of tile out of 25boxes they refused in a terrible unfriendly manner basically blaming me for not reading the policy in simple term they value their policy much much more than you as a customer which is fine ! company can choose what their priorities lies as a customer we can choose where to go for business and certainly not tile giant again
Not delivered on time
Really delayed delivery has resulted in extra stress and extra costs. Just totally unacceptable. Shop elsewhere if you are on a schedule and expect delivery within a few weeks or even at a certain time and day. I can't comment on the quality of the products as I'm still waiting for them to arrive.
The workmen have dug up the garden in preparation for the tiles and now have had to start their next job as waited so long. They can't return for 4 weeks so right over the summer and I can't use the garden. Brilliant! Zero stars.

Don't bother with company as they will find a way to get out of any situation.
I bought almost £3000 worth of tiles from them that were delivered in 2 batche 8n 3 different pallets.
We are going through a big renovation project and it took us some time due to various delays to get to the tile installation.
One box had all the tiles 3 broken in it and when I contacted the customer services on the email and the phone, I was informed that I can only get the broken tiles replaced withing 48 hours of delivery.
How can you expect someone to go through so many tiles within 48 hours? I wasn't told this at the time of ordering or else I would have never ordered from them.
They later sent me some terms and conditions hidden on their website where this was buried within hundreds of words.
They could have taken the pragmatic route and should have replaced the 3 tiles as a goodwill gesture but they CHOSE to lose a customer over 3 broken tiles.
It's funny how they can use the pandemic as an excuse for delivery and other issues but cannot accommodate a customer when they are having the same issues.
Safe to assume I will make sure none of the people I know ever buy anything from tile giant ever again
